Working with a personal trainer will give you accountability and—most importantly—peace of mind. Because each body is unique, I will put together a wellness plan and individualized training program with both traditional and contemporary techniques to help you reach your fitness goals. 

About Nioh Studio

While no two approaches are the same, here is a sample of how we’ll work together.

Your Training Sessions Will Include

  • Initial assessment with weight and body fat measurement and a health questionnaire
  • Planned programming
  • Weekly one to one training session(s)*
  • Fun and challenging workouts
  • Training with equipment that may include kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and cable cross machine
  • Nutrition/diet coaching
  • Regular progress reviews
  • Check-ins as needed by phone, email, text, or Zoom
