Pilates

Our goal is to bring your body back to its center. Let’s face it: some days can be good days for our bodies, and other days…not so much. But every day is a new day for your body. Pilates is an exercise system of select movements that can be done on a mat or on several pieces of apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Performing a small number of precise, well executed exercises is the focus during a Pilates workout. Pilates will help you to develop muscular control and suppleness of small and large body movements, while strengthening your abdominal, back, and gluteal muscles. Let’s meet!

Sessions Include:

  • Initial assessment
  • Individualized plan
  • Fun and challenging workouts that include the Reformer apparatus and mat*

Train with a partner! Sessions can be scheduled:

One-to-one (Coach and 1 person)
Duet (Coach and 2 persons)
Trio (Coach and 3 persons)
