Tweaks to your eating habits and workout routine can help you make beneficial and sustainable changes. We all want to live our best lives, but obligations and busy lifestyles can make it difficult to take care of ourselves—even at the best of times. Let’s work together to find a plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Let me show you how.

Health Coaching will help you reach goals such as:

  • Weight management (loss or gain)
  • Feeling more energized
  • Improving your nutrition
  • Being more mindful
  • Increasing accountability
  • Improving your relationship with food
  • Developing a strategy to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle

Sessions include:

  • 60-minute initial assessment
  • One-to-one meetings (scheduled in 30-minute increments of duration) after initial assessment
  • Nutrition plan based on your lifestyle
  • Grocery shopping (as needed)
  • Label Reading (as needed)
  • Mutually agreed upon weekly check-ins by phone, email, text, or Zoom
