Personal Training will help you reach goals such as:
- Weight loss

- Building strength
- Pre- or post-natal fitness
- Pre- or post-surgery fitness
- Rehabilitation
- Minimizing stress
Sessions Include:
- Initial assessment with weight and body fat measurement and a health questionnaire
- Planned programming
- Weekly one to one training session(s)
- Fun and challenging workouts
- Training with equipment that may include kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and cable cross machine
- Nutrition/diet coaching
- Regular progress reviews
- Check-ins as needed by phone, email, text, or Zoom
Train with a partner! Sessions can be scheduled:
One-to-one (Coach and 1 person)
Duet (Coach and 2 persons)
Trio (Coach and 3 persons)
